The Ukrainian artist has long been recognized outside the post-Soviet countries and is firmly entrenched in the European art scene. A participant of the 55th Venice Biennale (2013), Kadyrova is a recipient of the Pinchuk Art Center Prize (2011), the Sergey Kuryokhin Prize (2012) and the Kazimir Malevich Prize (2012). A sculptor by training, the artist works with a multitude of formats and mediums, but is best known for mosaics and objects.
